1. Use a Nasal wash
Nasal wash is a simple spray-like machine that helps to remove debris and mucus from the nose. A nasal wash is a great method to clean your nose at any time of the day and prevent germs and allergies from affecting you. Different types of nasal sprays and nasal wash are available that can do the job for you. You need to have a saline solution that you put in the spray bottle and use to clean all sorts of bacteria, allergens, and germs from the nose.
2. Stiff onions
You must be wondering what has onion to do with nose cleaning; well there is a lot to admire. Have you observed how onions bring tears and clean your eyes naturally? You can add 10 grams of rock salt to one liter of the neti pot and fill it in the pot after heating. Now tilt your neck and inhale from the tip of the pot from one of the nostrils. Keep your mouth slightly open during this process and let the water come out of your left nostril. Now repeat this process with the left nostril too. This process removes all types of phlegm and germs from the nose.
