How to Skin care

When I was ten years old, one of my first chores as a nurse was scrubbing the toilet bowl after every use. At least, that's how it felt that morning, and by day two or three most of the bathroom area was covered with peeling brown spots. My mother was appalled. What she didn't understand was how much I loved doing this ritual as a child. It had always been fun for me to watch the bubbles rise up when they were expelled. The sound of running water would echo through the bathroom at night as I scrubbed all over myself while listening to soothing classical music, just as I had done that previous morning. So many memories flashed before my eyes as I scrubbed the whole of the toilet.

During those days of "cleaning," I spent hours each day on how to clean properly on a daily basis. One of the biggest lessons from my life up until that point was to master what exactly was meant by proper skincare so that every time I stepped out into society I could look like a woman. As an adult, it became important too, because if you were seen as a poor person with little money, people assumed you didn’t have any self-respect. That was how I lived until I met someone who understood the true meaning of living well and taught me many things. Someone who took the responsibility out of the equation because he never wanted to be looked down on because of his skin color. For him, skincare was not only about looking good on your own body but about enjoying your appearance and feeling confident when walking down the street. He showed me a lot of ways to improve skincare in general, which I'm going to the layout here in this article. But, let's start with the basics first.

What is skincare?

Skincare has become a very complicated term, but what we're really talking about here are these five elements of skincare. There are a few types of skincare, depending on where you live:

Soap. You can find a natural soap at the pharmacy near the grocery store (or at any drugstore), or you can buy pre-made natural products like some companies sell.

A scrabbing pad with small holes cut in it makes it easy to remove dirt, grime, and dead skin cells. If you want to get fancy, there is also the chemical scrub or exfoliating sponge, such as Revlon.

Water. Even though soaps are effective at removing dirt and grime, they don't do anything to help remove dead skin cells and oil. Instead, water helps absorb more moisture from your skin, hydrates your skin, and gets rid of unwanted sweat. Also, a moisturizer will help keep the skin dry.

If you don't want to go over 100,000 points on the ingredient list, then sunscreens are your number 1 choice. They are an excellent alternative to regular sunscreen and don't irritate your skin as much as regular sunblock. Plus, they do a lot more to protect your skin when it comes to UV exposure. Some even say that sunscreens actually increase wrinkles or even age skin. However, the best thing about them is the fact that they keep you safe from skin cancer. Another way to think about them is that they prevent pigmentation, which is very common in people who don't have any tan lines and other spots you may love to have. This is why they are one of the most popular forms of skincare if you want to age gracefully.

According to Healthline, vitamin biotin helps maintain healthy blood levels in the urine and prevents diabetes. With the right amount of vitamin B12, you can regulate your metabolism and blood sugar. Vitamin B12 is found in fatty fish, which are high in omega-3, which may be beneficial for treating low blood pressure and insulin resistance. Most supplements are tested for vitamin B12, but to give you some insight, you'll need either 100 mcg of vitamin B12 powder and/or 200 mcg of vitamin B12 capsules you have on hand.

According to Healthy Living, vitamin K is a nutrient vital for collagen formation and wound healing. This vitamin can also be found in milk, cheese, liver, nuts, and spinach. Since collagen is a protein, it also helps strengthen muscles when they're strained. Along with collagen, zinc and selenium are key nutrients for bone health. These vitamins can help prevent brittle bones (a condition called osteoporosis) and help improve bone strength. Lastly, vitamin D is vital for overall health. Vitamin D can be found in foods such as salmon, egg yolks, peanut butter, cow and goat cheese, soy milk, tofu, eggs, and milk. It's essential because it helps with calcium absorption, which is crucial for strong bones without being painful.

So, to sum everything up, what does this mean? Well, when used correctly, skincare can be extremely beneficial and help you enjoy your beauty. Not only is it something that should be taken care of, but it's part of why you should take a shower after every use at home. Why not make sure you stay hydrated with a bottle of mineral water and eat plenty of leafy greens? Keep in mind that cleansing is an actual skill that needs to be learned and perfected.

Overall, skincare isn't hard to achieve, and it does require knowledge and practice. Here are the five basic elements of skincare, and in turn, our bodies.
